ADF Tribunal
The ADF Tribunal is a disciplinary council that keeps track of all the code infringements and decides on punishments for crimes against the ADF and it's codes. Explained below is the three strike system the ADF adheres to, strikes only being given out by the Tribunal.
Strike 1 - Warning
The ADF realises that mistakes are made, we are human. The ADF's first Strike is a warning given by the Tribunal, meaning that if they make another infringement, it is almost certain that the accused member will be put on the second strike.
Strike 2 - Demotion
Upon violation of the laws set out by the ADF on the accused members second time, the Tribunal will give the accused member a second strike. This means a demotion from whichever rank the accused is currently standing. The accused does not then get another opportunity to be demoted again, but will go straight on to their third strike.
Strike 3 - Dishonorable Discharge
Enough is enough. The Tribunal has found the accused member guilty for the third time and will dishonorably discharge the member. They will be banned from ever entering the ADF again. You can re-enter the ADF if you plead your case to the Tribunal, which is unlikely as your three strikes is already bad on your behalf. If you are reinstated by the Tribunal, you will be able to join as a REC and have to start from, the lower ranks. Chances of a HR role will be nearly impossible. If reinstated, one violation of ADF rules will cause the Tribunal to automatically Dishonorably Discharge you for a second time. You cannot re-enter the ADF under any circumstances after this.
